WHY GATHER28?
G28 — Gather for the Great Commission.
GATHER
your people.
KNOW
your church.
GROW
disciples.
Inspired by Matthew 28, G28 gives churches the tools to manage ministry without losing sight of the mission.
Technology built to support the mission of the Church.
Choose the platform that fits your church
Gather28 gives your church two platform options. Choose the experience that best matches the way your church operates.

Same powerful Gather28 tools. The platform journey that fits your church.
Bring your people
with you.
Moving to Gather28 doesn't mean rebuilding your church database from scratch. Import your Planning Center People database and bring your existing people, families and important information with you.
Switch the platform. Keep your people.
Simple migration in 4 steps
Export
Export your People database from Planning Center as a CSV file.
Upload
Upload the CSV into Gather28. No special formatting required.
Review
Gather28 maps your fields, identifies households and flags possible duplicates.
Start
Your People are ready inside Gather28 — names, contacts, households and more.
Bring your existing People database with you and start using Gather28 with the information your church already has.
The big question
"Will we have to rebuild our database?"
No. Export your Planning Center People database, upload it to Gather28 and bring your people with you. Names, contact details and households come across — we help you review duplicates before anything goes live.
Don't just store data. Know what needs attention.
Gather28 turns your records into a clear picture of who needs care, who's ready to serve, and who's falling through the cracks.
